Emergency Medical Care Authorization

In the event of a medical emergency, the salon will attempt to contact the owner immediately. If the owner cannot be reached, K9 Konnect Club is authorized to seek emergency veterinary care if necessary.

Matted Coat Release

Shaving or removing severe mats involves a significantly higher risk of skin nicks, cuts, abrasions, or brush burn. Matted coats can also trap moisture close to the skin, hiding pre-existing infections, sores, or irritations. The owner understands these risks and releases the groomer K9KonnectClub and anybody affiliated from any liability for injuries or skin irritation resulting from the necessary removal of a matted coat.

Senior Pets & Pre-Existing Conditions

The grooming process can be physically and emotionally stressful for senior pets or pets with underlying health conditions (such as heart issues, arthritis, seizures, or extreme anxiety). Grooming may trigger or worsen these issues. Our priority is always your pet's comfort and safety over the aesthetic outcome. The salon is not liable for health crises occurring during or after the standard grooming process.

I give K9 Konnect Club permission to use photos of my canine for advertising purposes.
